Party Planning

In addition to weddings, Lush Weddings also provides party planning services for all of the other celebrations in the run up to your wedding and afterwards. These services can be added on to any of our other packages or used on their own.

Our services will include:

  • An in depth consultation about the overall theme and feel of your event and organising tasks that need to be done.
  • Helping you to plan the budget.
  • Conceptualising and designing the theme and décor of the wedding.
  • Stylising the event, including advice on selecting the party favours, menu, etc in line with the chosen theme of the event.
  • Selection of and/or designing invitation cards, stationery, monogram and other materials.
  • Providing vendor referrals for venues, caterers, photographers, videographers, DJs, dhols, henna artists and so on and assisting in negotiations with vendors.
  • Attending meetings with vendors and/or coordinating with vendors via telephone or email.
  • Reviewing all vendor contracts and confirmation of vendors a week prior to event.
  • Overseeing vendor responsibilities on the event date.
  • Directing the ceremony procession.
  • Working closely with venues/hotels on the set up and proper execution of your event.

Chargeable Costs:
“Party Planning” packages range from SGD $ 500.00 to SGD $1200.00. The exact pricing depends on the complexity of the event, number of guests expected, the location of the event and the number of months in advance that our services are procured.

In addition, all external materials used are chargeable to the wedding couple upon their approval. Materials in this matter include wedding cards and printing, stamps (for mailing invitations), additional décor items that may have to be purchased, among others. We always seek your prior approval before any such purchases are to be made. Full payment of these materials must be made on delivery of each item or by the actual event date.

Payment schedule:
50% deposit is to be paid to us on date you confirm our services and a contract is signed by both parties. The balance is to be paid no later than a week to the actual event date.

Cancellation:
We seek your understanding that we will not be able to refund any part of the fee/deposit paid in the event of a cancellation on your part.

Postponement:
In the event that you wish to postpone your event, your deposit is not refundable. However, we will try to accommodate any postponement by up to one year, subject to our availability.
