Our Services Include

  • An in depth consultation about the overall theme and feel of your event and organising tasks that need to be done.
  • Helping you to plan the budget.
  • Conceptualising and designing the theme and décor of the wedding.
  • Stylising the wedding, including advice on selecting the dresses, favours, menu, etc in line with the chosen theme of the wedding.
  • Selection of and/or designing invitation cards, stationery, monogram and other materials.
  • Unlimited hours of face-to-face meetings and telephone and email correspondence.
  • Providing advice on proper wedding etiquette.
  • Providing detailed timelines, schedules and checklists.
  • Attending menu selection and tasting with you.
  • Attending bridal gown fittings with you.
  • Attending meetings with vendors and/or coordinating with vendors via telephone or email.
  • Providing vendor referrals and assisting in negotiations with vendors.
  • Reviewing all vendor contracts and confirmation of vendors a week prior to event.
  • Overseeing vendor responsibilities on the Wedding Day.
  • Coordinating the wedding rehearsal.
  • Directing the ceremony procession.
  • Working closely with venues/hotels on the set up and proper execution of your wedding reception.
  • Complimentary planning services for bachelor/bachelorette parties, tea ceremonies, sangeets, mehndis, ROM solemnisation and so on.

Chargeable Costs:
“The Works” wedding planning package starts at SGD $3000.00. The exact pricing depends on the number of guests expected, the location of the ceremony and reception and the number of months in advance that our services are procured.

In addition, all external materials used are chargeable to the wedding couple upon their approval. Materials in this matter include wedding cards and printing, stamps (for mailing invitations), additional décor items that may have to be purchased, among others. We always seek your prior approval before any such purchases are to be made. Full payment of these materials must be made on delivery of each item or by the actual wedding date.

Payment schedule:
50% deposit is to be paid to us on date you confirm our services and a contract is signed by both parties. The balance is to be paid no later than a week to the actual wedding date.

Cancellation:
We seek your understanding that we will not be able to refund any part of the fee/deposit paid in the event of a cancellation on your part.

Postponement:
In the event that you wish to postpone your wedding, your deposit is not refundable. However, we will try to accommodate any postponement by up to one year, subject to our availability.
